 Formed in 1932, Morgan is a Canadian owned and managed business operating from its head office in Richmond, B.C. The company began operations as a provider of industrial brake and friction products and services to the forestry industry in B.C. Since that time the company has expanded into the mining, marine, construction and oil and gas sectors and grown its product line with the addition of related goods and services.
Today the business has 4 strategic locations in Western Canada, 5 branches in the Republic of Chile and a new facility in Plano, Texas. New larger premises are under development at Edmonton, Alberta and a new warehouse / office property was acquired in Santiago, Chile in 2006.
The product offering now covers an extensive range of service and components for mobile and stationary industrial machinery and equipment: brakes, clutches, friction materials, hydraulics, air systems, lubrication, filtration, controls, seating and accessories.
Industries now served by the Morgan Group include mining, logging, oil drilling and servicing, construction, brake manufacturing, agricultural, railway, marine and transportation.
The Company is ISO 9001:2000 certified at its operations in the Republic of Chile. |
